Deborah Moreno Persijn
Deborah Moreno Persijn graduated in Graphic Design, she specialize in Painting and Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Sevilla University in 2000. She has also completed studies in traditional photography, serigraphy, lithography, and other materials .The favorite subject of Deborah's paintings for many years has been the landscape. The urban landscape of the towns and cities of Spain, the landscape of fields and beaches.
Also the landscape of the Dutch countryside and Dutch cities.
She likes to describe and interpret with brushstrokes and stains what these places produces in her, "They are spaces that seem warm or cold, happy or melancholic to me".
That inspires Deborah and fills her with energy and gratitude for enjoying every moment and the small pleasures that life gives you. She likes to experiment with different techniques, textures or effects. Arriving in the Netherlands twelve years ago enriched her way of expressing. Deborah works also by comission. Academic Experience
1993-98: Degree in Fine Arts; specialty: Graphic Design and Engraving.
1998-2000: Second speciality: Painting.
1998-2000: Third speciality: Sculpture. (Sevilla University).
1998-2000: Aditional studies: traditional photography, serigraphy, lithography, etchings; sculpture in terracotta, wood and stone; paintings on wall, canvas and other materials.

Profetional Experiences
2000-2002: Teaching Painting to little children (4-14 years old) at Private Academies, San Roque and La Linea city.
2002-2011: Teaching Sculpture, Technical Drawing and Artistic Drawing at the different Schools of Art of Andalucia (Sevilla, Cadiz, Cordoba, Motril, Baeza, Algeciras, Jerez)
2006: Wall paintings in Hickory, North Carolina. In de nursery from de Museum of Hickory and in the Protestant Church Hickory.
2014-2015: volunteer work in 50/50, creative project from Salvation Army, Dordrecht 2016-2024 T
